2020 POSTOAK Lodge Challenge Race Day Information:

Packet pickup and registration will be at Tulsa Runner from Monday, February 17, 2022 at 10AM until Thursday, February 20, 2022 at Noon. Packet pickup will reopen at the POSTOAK Lodge Friday, February 21, 2022 at 6am until 9PM. Saturday will be from 6AM until 8PM, Sunday 6AM until 9AM.

What kind of surfaces are we running on? The POSTOAK Lodge Challenge races are single track trails, wagon trails, and some gravel road. This is very hilly and some sections have numerous rocks. The Sunday races are less technical and less hilly than Saturday with more wagon trails and farm road mixed in. These are some of the toughest trails in Oklahoma. If you are looking for a nice, easy run or a PR, do not register for this event. If you would like a very fun, CHALLENGING event. You have found it!!

What kind of shoes do you recommend? Good, high quality TRAIL Running Shoes and Gators all three days.

Will I receive a refund if I have to withdraw from the race? No. We have already spent the money for your run whether you run or not.

Can I switch races if I want to? Yes. But, you will not receive a refund if you are switching to a shorter race. If you are switching to a longer race, you will be expected to pay the difference in the cost of events.

Where do I park when I get to Post Oak Lodge? We will have Parking Directors to greet you. Please do not park in the grass unless you are directed to do so.

What will I need in order to pick up my packet? All you need to do is give us your name and the race you have signed up for.

What will I need in order to pick-up my friend's packet? A copy of their photo ID.

What if I lose my chip before the race starts? You will need to let John with Adventuretech Sports know. They will be set up next to the start line.

Can I purchase Pasta Dinner tickets? Yes, you can check with the POSTOAK Lodge for those tickets. 918-728-2746

Where do the races start? On Friday the Quarter, Half, and 27.2m Marathon Ultra will start and finish at the Pole Barn. On Saturday and Sunday all races will start and finish in front of the POSTOAK Lodge.

What time do the races start? On Friday the 27.2m Marathon Ultra, Quarter, and Half Marathon will start at 8AM, there will be an early start for the 27.2m Marathon Ultra only at 7AM. On Saturday, the 50K Ultra starts at 8AM, the 25K starts at 8:30AM, and the 10K starts at 9AM.  On Sunday, the 27.2m Marathon Ultra will start at 8AM, the Half Marathon will start at 8:30AM, the Quarter Marathon will start at 9AM.

Will there be an early start? Yes. There will be a 7AM early start for the 27.2m Marathon Ultra and the 50K Ultra.

How far apart are the aid stations? 2 to 3.5 miles.

Where will the Porta-Potties be located? At the Start-Finish area and at each Aid Station.

What will be available at the aid stations? A variety of cookies, chips, nuts, candy, water, pop and Gatorade. Some of the Aid Station sponsors furnish hot food and drinks as well.

Will there be food at the finish line? Yes. Post Oak Lodge is furnishing hot food and drinks inside the Lodge for all participants. Food and drink will be available to purchase for friends and family.

What time will the awards ceremonies start and where will they be?There will be no awards ceremony this year. Simply pick up your award from Wayne Webster before you leave.

Where will packet pickup be located? Packet pickup will be at Tulsa Runner starting Monday February 17, 2022 until noon Thursday. Then at the POSTOAK Lodge Friday, February 21, 2022 from 6am to 9PM. You may also pick up your packets on race day starting at 6AM.

Where will the Pasta Dinner be? The Pasta Dinner will be held at the POSTOAK Lodge Dining Room Friday and Saturday evenings at 6PM.
